Our country was given the freedom of choice. Our country is full of the tired, broken, penniless people who have lost faith in their own. The wonderful part of our pathetic state is we have the chance to choose again for a new tomorrow. This time we were wiser, with hard lessons learned. Raise your glass to hope. Raise your glass to all of the voters that made the right choice. I have to tell you I listened to all of the people coming and going and expressing their views on the election, and I was afraid. Living in a die hard red state I had to endure all of the ridiculous notions that people believe. "He's gonna take my guns!" "How can we trust a terrorist protector?" "He can't relate to the common man." "If he wins our gas will go up to eleven dollars a gallon!" This is what was spewing from the mouths of the people wearing the "I voted stickers". I felt sick for the outcome until I spoke with a coworker who had been watching the race before her shift, thank GOD the rest of the nation has enough brains to research the facts! Hope is a wonderful feeling! I will raise my glass to my new president! Thank you for saving our nation from the Mccains and Palins of the world, here's to you President Obama!
Now..... how the hell are we supposed to get through these nest two months? Oh Mr. Bush!!! Come out come out where ever you are! Come and grow some balls and do a few good things before you say good bye!
