I'm a big girl now! For those of you who knew my "peach" profile, this is my new 'big girl' blog.
I love to write and complain about nothing and everything all at once! Hence the name of this blog.
I don't have the time right now to go on and on, so I will just start with this thought/question...
Why do managers that are a bit younger than the rest of the team need to be condescending to those with some age? I really don't give a rats-*ss that they have a few extra years in the company, when speaking to a colleague they should give some respect to the fact that both parties are ADULTS!!!! I mean come on!!!
